Parent portal

At Chatham Public School we use School Bytes as our parent portal app to make communication and admin easier for families. On School Bytes you can:

• make payments

• view statement of accounts

• check payment history

• stay up to date with school events

• give permission for events/excursions

• inform the school of your child/ren's absence or any upcoming planned absences

• view and download student reports

• view and download school newsletters

• use our quick links to access and purchase:

  • school uniforms from Team Spirit
  • scholastic book club orders from Scholastic
  • canteen orders from Flexischools

1. Download the School Bytes app to your device by going to your app store.

   •  Apple App Store

   •  Google Play Store

2. Select 'Create an account'.

3. Complete the details and select 'Create an account'.

4. Click on the link sent via email from School Bytes.

5. Link your child/ren to your School Bytes account by completing the details and selecting 'Search'.

   This process is now complete.

   It is suggested to have your notifications turned on.
